  • ASA asks Massachusetts Legislature to stop Right to Repair legislation


    WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Automotive Service Association (ASA) calls on all Massachusetts repairers to contact their legislators to oppose the Right to Repair Act, Massachusetts House Bill 4892. ASA says it is critical that legislators are informed of repairer opposition to the so-called Right to Repair bill.

    Tenneco names Neal Yanos to newly created executive position


    Tenneco's newly created position of executive vice president, North America, has been filled by Neal Yanos, company officials say. Yanos, former senior vice president and general manger, North America original equipment ride control and aftermarket, will be responsible for all Tenneco business units in North America. The promotion is effective immediately.

    Aftermarket eForum focuses on data standards, telematics


    This year's eForum, held in Chicago at the Hyatt Regency hotel July 14-16, was all about envisioning the future of the automotive aftermarket.     Nissan recognizes Valeo with Global Innovation award


    Valeo's contribution to Nissan's new Lane Departure Prevention system has earned the company a Global Innovation Award from the auto manufacturer. The award was presented to Valeo executives on July 10 at the Nissan Global Supplier Award ceremony in Tokyo.

    Dale Hopkins to be featured speaker at 2008 MIS Council fall conference

    ASA to host Service Information Workshops in North Carolina
